ZACHARY MURRAY

Zachary Murray is an associate practicing corporate and commercial law. Zachary assists clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including business formation, general corporate regulatory compliance, preparing and reviewing share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and other commercial agreements, and general services for regulated professionals.

Prior to joining Harris Sheaffer LLP, Zachary gained extensive experience practicing business law at a mid-size, full-service law firm in Ottawa offering services to a broad range of clients throughout Eastern Ontario. Zachary is also both a former director and member of the Governance and HR committee for SPAO: Photographic Arts Centre, one of Canada’s leading photographic arts centres.
