It is with great admiration and the utmost regard that we announce the retirement of our colleague and friend, Gary Harris, from our firm and the legal profession as of December 31, 2023. Gary has been an integral part of Harris, Sheaffer LLP, serving as a dedicated commercial real estate lawyer for many years. His expertise and passion in areas such as land development, builders’ sales, surety work related to condominium development and construction, and development financing have been invaluable to our firm and clients alike. Gary’s professionalism, commitment, and unwavering dedication to excellence have left a lasting mark on our firm and the legal community as a whole.
