Michael J. Baum
Michael’s broad commercial real estate practice encompasses all aspects of land development including land acquisitions and dispositions, corporate structuring, condominium law, and financings. In recent years Michael has had extensive experience in acting on behalf of some of Canada’s leading lenders and lending syndicates with a particular emphasis on loan facilities secured by real property, which include primary, secondary, mezzanine and construction financings.
