Ari M. Katz
Ari’s practice involves all aspects of real estate with a particular emphasis on advising condominium and subdivision developers throughout Ontario. His practice includes the structuring, marketing, and closing of condominium and subdivision projects, as well as property acquisitions and dispositions, land development, joint ventures, and financing of real property. Ari has recently advised on a variety of forms of condominiums, including high-rise towers, mixed use, midrise, resort, commercial, retail, office, phased, conversion, common elements with POTLs, nested (a standard condominium within a POTL) and a shopping mall.
Ari received his B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Toronto and the Rotman School of Management, graduated from Queen’s Law School in 2006, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
