RazVAN L. Nicolae
Razvan Nicolae is a commercial real estate lawyer who has been serving clients in the industry for many years. His broad practice includes a wide range of legal services related to commercial real estate, including joint ventures, acquisitions, sales, financings, land development, surety work and subdivision and condominium development.
Razvan received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto (Rotman/Trinity College) in 2007 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2010. Razvan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
