|Ari’s practice involves all aspects of real estate with a particular emphasis on advising condominium and subdivision developers throughout Ontario. His practice includes property acquisitions and dispositions, land development, joint ventures, financing and leasing of real property.Ari has recently assisted his clients in structuring and marketing a variety of projects, including commercial condominiums, condominium malls, high-rise residential and mixed use condominiums, midrise residential and mixed-use condominiums, condominium conversions and common elements condominium townhomes.Before joining Harris, Sheaffer LLP, Ari spent three years as an associate in the Commercial Real Estate Group at a large Bay Street law firm.Ari received his B.Sc. (hons) from the University of Toronto, graduated from Queen’s Law School in 2006, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
