Called to the Ontario Bar in March 1988
Marks practice focuses on commercial real estate and land development (acting for both developers and builders) with a particular expertise in all facets of condominium and subdivision development including acting on construction and development financing for both lenders and borrowers.
Mark has been an instructor at the Real Estate Section of the Bar Admission Course from 1990 to 2005 and has been an instructor in Introduction to Law at York University, Atkinson College
Mark received an LL.M. in Real Property Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001.
Publications
Mark has lectured and delivered papers on a number of occasions on behalf of the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada on various issues involving real estate law and is the former co-editor of the Condominium Law Letter.
