Martin specializes in tax related matters for individuals and owner managed businesses. For individuals, Martin assists in implementing comprehensive estate and tax planning strategies. For businesses, Martin plans for the establishment, ongoing operation and ultimate sale.
Publications
Martin has written and lectured to a wide range of legal groups including the Ontario Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Bar Admission Course. He has also spoken to a large number of businesses and non-business (charitable) groups on tax related matters.
