Called to the Ontario Bar in 1979
Phil’s practice is broadly based in commercial real estate with an emphasis on land development, builder’s sales, mezzanine financing and commercial leasing. He has also been a course instructor in Business Law at York University and a lecturer and seminar leader at lectures sponsored by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He has published in the area of condominium law and has been a contributor to the CCH Real Estate Law Guide.
